Order Status
Every order confirmation email contains a link to live order status and tracking. Use that link, or reach out and we'll look it up for you.
Find your tracking link
- 1. Open your order confirmation or shipping notification email.
- 2. Select “View your order” to open live status and tracking.
- 3. Freight shipments show a carrier reference and appointment details.
Can't find the email?
Send us the name and postal code on the order using the contact form and we'll resend it. Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT.
