Shipping & Delivery

Simulator equipment ships as parcel or freight depending on size. Here's what to expect.

Lead times

Lead times vary by manufacturer and item. In-stock accessories typically dispatch within a few business days; enclosures, screens and complete packages may ship on a longer schedule. Estimated timing is confirmed on your order confirmation.

Freight deliveries

Larger items ship by freight carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment. Curbside delivery is standard unless upgraded services are purchased. Someone must be present to receive and sign for freight shipments.

Inspect on delivery

Photograph the pallet or cartons before unwrapping.
Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.
Report damage to us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.

Destinations

We ship throughout the United States. Some oversized items may be restricted to the contiguous states or require a freight quote before checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed when your order dispatches. If you haven't received tracking within the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase the carrier.
